Аннотация

Цель настоящего исследования заключается в разработке концепции эмоциональной вовлеченности в корпоративных отношениях между поставщиками и потребителями, а также в раскрытии роли психологического контракта как главной предпосылки для формирования эмоциональной вовлеченности.

Сфера научных интересов: конкурентные преимущества компаний, занятых в лесной отрасли, поведение владельцев небольших участков леса и последствия вторичной переработки бумаги для окружающей среды. Разработал магистерскую программу для специалистов по экономике лесной промышленности.
