Темой статьи является роль доверия на корпоративном рынке финансовых услуг.
Авторы анализируют 147 интервью с представителями банков и их клиентами. Статья помогает понять, насколько важно доверие в бизнес-отношениях и как
оно проявляется у партнеров.
