Аннотация

Авторы исследуют различные концепции учета человеческих ресурсов. Данное исследование представляет анализ существующей литературы и теорию о связи между человеческими ресурсами, интеллектуальным капиталом и стоимостью нематериальных активов. Авторы формулируют предложения, как можно возобновить обсуждение оценки человеческих ресурсов и отчетности о них.
