Аннотация

Статья посвящена применению концепции лин в различных секторах экономики и основным тенденциям в этой области. Автор рассматривает роль данного подхода в деятельности современных организаций, демонстрирует, как с его помощью можно повысить эффективность работы компаний, а также представляет концепцию «Наука и искусство преобразований», которую рекомендует использовать при внедрении лин-методов.
