Аннотация

Для Японии характерна неразрывная связь комплексного управления качеством на основе производственных процессов и методов управления персоналом с ориентацией на работу в команде. Именно это позволило японским производственным предприятиям сохранять свои позиции и оставаться конкурентоспособными на международном рынке. Во второй части статьи автор продолжает рассказывать об особенностях кадровой политики в японских фирмах.
