директоров,
генерального
директора,
исполнительных
директоров и членов
совета директоров —
неисполнительных лиц
компании;
способности,
необходимые для
эффективной работы
и связанная с этим
деятельность по
повышению
квалификации руководящих
кадров с целью
развития этих
способностей.
Потребности
и способы подготовки
руководящих кадров
анализируются
на примере
конкретных
организаций, для
того чтобы дать
представление
о сегодняшней
практике. Подробный
обзор литературы по
вопросам руководства
и управления
показывает широту
знаний, требующихся
на высшем уровне
управления.
К основным выводам
исследований
относится
необходимость
сосредоточения
подготовки
руководящих кадров
на развитии их
профессиональных
способностей, чтобы
обеспечить связь этих
способностей
с приоритетами
организации,
а также их
тщательное
приспособление
к конкретному
