Аннотация

В этой работе рассматривается
участие индивидов в процессе постановки
целей (PGS) с точки зрения социальной
когнитивной теории (SCT). Именно такой,
основанный на когнитивности, подход с точки зрения самоуправления и предлагается
как механизм усовершенствования PGS-процессов
и достижения эффективного заинтересованного
поведения.
Катализаторами эмпирической проверки применимости самоуправления в процессе постановки целей служат предложения,
описанные в этой работе.
