Аннотация

Авторы проводят исследование, цель которого заключается в том, чтобы изучить
и сравнить воздействие эмоционального конфликта и конфликта задач на эффективность работы команды и удовлетворенность членов команд в двух различных культурах — Бразилии и Нидерландов. Статья освещает то, как культура влияет на внутригрупповой конфликт, как конфликт влияет на эффективность работы команды, показывает роль культурного контекста в исследовании конфликта.
