Аннотация

Цель данной статьи — определение ключевых личностных черт, присущих персоналу сервисных компаний, и установление связи между этими чертами и удовлетворенностью карьерой. Авторы берут за основу теорию профессий, согласно которой соответствие индивидуальных особенностей сотрудников рабочему окружению способствует получению ими удовлетворения от своей деятельности, удерживает их от переключения на другие занятия и повышает эффективность работы.
