Аннотация

Статья посвящена исследованию влияния жизненных целей работников, занимающих руководящие позиции, на их успешность в работе. Выявлено, что позитивному психологическому настрою человека способствует его нацеленность на личностный рост, укрепление здоровья, поддержание отношений с другими людьми и участие в жизни сообщества, а стремление к материальным ценностям и славе, напротив, препятствует этому. Информации на данную тему пока мало. Особенно нуждаются в изучении последствия целевых установок.
