Аннотация

В статье рассмотрена ценность такой категории, как привязанность к бренду.
Авторы дают концептуальное определение привязанности к бренду, четко
формулируют ее свойства и проводят различия между ней и силой установки на бренд.
Показано, что привязанность имеет большую ценность, чем сила установки на
бренд, при прогнозировании намерений и действий потребителей, доли бренда
в общем объеме приобретаемых товаров той или иной продуктовой категории,
его способности удовлетворять актуальные потребности покупателей.
