Аннотация

Возможно, партнерские связи с поставщиками являются ключом к повышению эффективности промышленных компаний, поэтому как теоретики, так и практики однозначно высказались в поддержку партнерских отношений. Однако понимание самого термина "партнерство" еще не получило четкого толкования. Многие исследователи описали преимущества, которых можно достичь с помощью партнерств, однако публикаций, в которых разбираются признаки самих партнерских связей, намного меньше. Известно, что партнерства представляют собой "тесные" взаимоотношения, и таким образом, партнерские связи с поставщиками следует рассматривать с точки зрения близости взаимоотношений. Было проведено исследование с использованием метода репертуарных решеток на базе выборки из десяти менеджеров немецких машиностроительных компаний. В ходе исследования выяснилось, что партнерские связи с поставщиками сильно отличаются от других форм взаимоотношений, а также было выявлено пять четких признаков партнерства. Данные результаты имеют значимость как для практиков, так и для исследователей.
