Аннотация

Авторы затрагивают вопросы лидерства, стратегии управления, принятия решений руководством. При этом в статье проводится аналогия между военным сражением (как пример берется битва между японцами и американцами в 1942 г. при Мидуэе) и процессом принятия кардинальных решений руководством организации. Авторы определяют, какие аспекты влияют на процесс принятия решений руководством, как центральные выделяя при этом различные типы лидерства и внутреннюю культуру организации. Также, на примере сражения, авторы определяют опасности, которые могут возникнуть перед организацией со стороны ее конкурентов, выявляют качества, необходимые руководству для принятия эффективной стратегии и противостояния внешней неопределенности и нестабильности.
