Цель данной статьи1 — концептуальная интеграция понятий «стратегия» и «бизнес-модель». Для ее достижения используется теоретический метод. Стратегия представляет собой общую структуру, в рамках которой изменяются бизнес-модели. Каждая бизнес-модель соответствует ряду функциональных стратегий, т.к. фактически является сечением бизнес-стратегии. Данный вывод можно понять,
только взглянув на процесс формирования стратегии с определенной точки зрения, а именно применяя реактивный подход.
