Аннотация

В статье рассматривается отношение американских и перуанских менеджеров к этическим вопросам и связь этого отношения с измерением «индивидуализм / коллективизм». Результаты, полученные в процессе исследования, ставят под сомнение традиционные представления об этом культурном измерении и связанных с ним этических системах.
