Аннотация

В статье рассматривается роль понятия «гибкость» в обосновании необходимости организационных изменений. Авторы предлагают новый подход к оценке этой роли, основанный на дискурсах, существующих в организации, и рассматривают его преимущества перед традиционными методами, связанными с выработкой общего определения понятия «гибкость» и его типологизацией.
