исследований шести
конкретных
организаций.
Предметом
исследований были
функции
и обязанности
председателя совета
директоров,
генерального
директора,
исполнительных
директоров и членов
совета директоров —
неисполнительных лиц
компании;
способности,
необходимые для
эффективной работы,
и связанная с этим
деятельность по
повышению
квалификации руководящих
кадров с целью
развития этих
способностей.
Потребности
и способы подготовки
руководящих кадров
анализируются
на примере
конкретных
организаций, для
того чтобы дать
представление
о сегодняшней
практике.
К основным выводам
исследований
относится
необходимость
сосредоточения
подготовки
руководящих кадров
на развитии их
профессиональных
способностей, чтобы
обеспечить связь этих
способностей
с приоритетами
организации,
а также их
тщательное
приспособление
к конкретному
корпоративному
контексту. Освещаются
недостатки, имеющие
место в общепринятой
корпоративной
практике.
