Аннотация

Стратегические решения представляют собой наиболее важный результат управленческой деятельности, а стратегический выбор является наиболее важной переменной в стратегическом менеджменте. В данной статье выдвигается ряд принципов, по которым успешность всей организации можно определить по эффективности принятых топ- руководителями стратегических решений. Представленная классификация эффективности стратегических решений основана на отношении руководителей к данной стратегической альтернативе и порождающему ее процессу.
