Аннотация

Данная статья ставит
своей целью
исследовать
выдвинутое
Кастельсом (Castells)
предположение о том,
что технологические
и организационные
достижения все
больше и больше
стимулируют
инновационный
процесс и таким
образом уже
имеющееся знание
применяется для
формирования нового
знания. В статье
особое внимание
уделяется
возникновению
и осуществлению
на практике
управления знанием,
и, в частности, его
использованию
в компании Ebank.
Глобальный подход
к управлению
знанием, отдающий
предпочтение
технологии создания
локальных
корпоративных сетей,
оказался
неэффективным.
Объясняя причины этого негативного
результата, статья
заостряет внимание
на исключительной
значимости единства
знания и социальной
среды. Такое явление,
вероятно, связано
с отсутствием развитой
внутриорганизационной
информационной сети
и несовместимостью
информационных
систем,
разрабатываемых
различными
подразделениями
одной фирмы. Эти
открытия позволяют
выделить
в инновационном
процессе ряд областей
применения
управления знанием.
