Аннотация

Статья представляет собой критический концептуальный обзор работ, посвященных психоанализу и организации. В ней рассматривается монография Фрейда «Толкование сновидений» и на примере сновидений об инъекции Ирме показана психическая организация и связь психической и социальной организации; на примере сновидения о неудавшемся ужине — влияние, которое оказывают на сновидения межличностные отношения. Кроме того, с помощью сновидения о горящем ребенке авторы дают краткое описание аналогичных сновидениям процессов, связанных с этикой в организации.
