Аннотация

Цель данной работы — выявить культурные различия в поведении китайских и американских менеджеров в процессе управления конфликтами. Авторы представляют новые концепции, иллюстрируют ценность использования индуктивного подхода для улучшения понимания методов управления конфликтами в разных культурах.
