Аннотация

В статье рассказывается о результатах исследования австралийских организаций, сертифицированных по стандартам управления качеством ISO 9000, посвященного изучению связи между непрерывным совершенствованием и обучением внутри компании. Автор подчеркивает, что руководству организации необходимо обеспечить такую структурированность систем управленческого контроля
организации, которая могла бы поддерживать непрерывное совершенствование.
