Аннотация

Статья посвящена анализу того, как личностные качества лидера и его компетенции влияют на подчиненных. Результаты этого анализа показывают, что позитивная связь между трансформационным лидерством и креативностью сотрудников сильнее, когда лидер активно поддерживает задачи и отношения, а также вдохновляет сотрудников на создание новых идей.
