Аннотация

В статье приводится схема, которая может быть использована в качестве контрольного листа, позволяющего руководителю проекта проверить наличие основных факторов успеха, либо в качестве списка, в который могут быть добавлены новые факторы. Также она позволяет проследить изменение состояния проекта на всех стадиях жизненного цикла. Практическое применение данной схемы рассматривается на примере ситуации из собственного опыта автора.
