Аннотация

В статье представлена модель адаптации организационного контекста к проекту в проектной организации. Авторы использовали метод репрезентативной выборки — провели перекрестные полуструктурированные интервью с экспертами. Результаты исследования разбиты по характеристикам организационного контекста (культура, стратегия, структура, процессы, динамика власти, состояние, время) и могут использоваться при формировании контекста проекта, а также для проведения новых исследований.
