Аннотация

В статье описано окружение новой волны повышения конкурентоспособности национальной промышленности на примере Японии и проанализированы теории и методы управления, позволяющие осуществлять планирование и внедрение новой волны по созданию схем программ. К этим теориям и методам относятся модель сбалансированной инновации, стратегия открытой инновации, P2M как модель управления метапрограммами, теория «ба» и управление проектами как комплексное интегративное поле.
