Аннотация

Цель данного исследования — предложить руководство по управлению «зелеными» цепочками предоставления услуг, направленное на повышение создаваемой ценности за счет увеличения вероятности и объема внедрения инноваций, а также усиления совместной продуктивности вовлеченных в этот процесс сторон. При этом принимается во внимание возможная роль клиентов в повышении эффективности цепочек предоставления услуг.
