Аннотация

В статье предложена
альтернативная
система подбора
кадров, которая
характеризуется
комплексным
подходом и связывает
внутренние структуры
с механизмами,
непосредственно
влияющими на
результаты действий.
Система подбора
кадров может быть
наглядно
представлена в виде
циклов, состоящих
из актов принятия
решений,
показывающих
зависимость между
действующими
субъектами,
контекстом
и деятельностью
по подбору кадров.
Цикл подбора
персонала — это семь
последовательных
актов,
контролируемых
поочередно
и независимо
соискателями работы
и лицами,
наделенными правом
принятия решений
в организациях.
Цикл является наименьшей
анализируемой
единицей,
охватывающей все
основные элементы
деятельности по
подбору кадров и
отражающейся в
определенное время
на результатах этой
деятельности. Акт
принятия решений
представляет собой
важнейший вид
волеобразующей
деятельности в рамках
системы подбора
кадров. Все акты
имеют одинаковую
структуру,
отображающую
влияние
взаимодействия
субъектов, контекстов
и действий на
результаты подбора
персонала.
