Аннотация

Общество развивается благодаря людям, которые имеют уникальную способность претворять идеи в жизнь. Руководитель проекта должен уметь управлять командой, т. е. "руководить людьми, которые выполняют работу". Автор рассказывает о том, что может потребоваться для подготовки руководителей, способных к успешной реализации проектов.
