Аннотация

Цель настоящей статьи — исследовать, как лидеры используют юмор для самовыражения. В статье высказывается предположение, что юмор позволяет либо
сократить, либо увеличить различия в статусе между лидерами и их последователями. Авторами статьи выдвигается гипотеза, что использование лидерами
юмора, критичного по отношению к себе или группе, положительно сказывается на оценках лидерства, т.к. это минимизирует разницу в статусе лидера и последователей. Использование лидерами агрессивного юмора вызывает отрицательные эмоции у сотрудников и усложняет взаимоотношения.
