Аннотация

Авторы предлагаемого вниманию читателей исследования попытались выяснить, каким образом двусторонняя интеграция цепей поставок влияет на эффективность деятельности предприятия. Проанализировав данные, полученные в ходе анкетирования представителей более чем 200 компаний, авторы пришли к выводу о том, что существует связь между интеграцией с поставщиками, интеграцией с клиентами и результативностью компании. О характере такой связи и рассказывается в статье.
