Аннотация

Работа, описанная в данной статье, была проделана для изучения связи между тем, как менеджеры представляют себе мотивацию своих подчиненных, и оценкой производительности их труда путем рассмотрения менеджеров и наемных работников филиалов глобальной организации, расположенных в трех различных культурных регионах (Северной Америке, Азии и Латинской
Америке). Теории, которые менеджеры используют при
субординации, опираются на три разные культурные
модели.
