Аннотация

Статья посвящена роли отдела кадров в бюджетировании, а также особенностям
использования этой функции в работе с персоналом. Данные, необходимые для
исследования, получены в результате анализа структурированных анкет, заполненных руководителями отделов кадров 100 греческих компаний.
