Аннотация

Автор рассматривает понятие "наделение полномочиями" как эффективный инструмент управления персоналом. В статье описаны истоки движения за наделение полномочиями, причины его особенной востребованности в последние годы, обсуждаются проявления его воздействия на организационную деятельность. Автор делает акцент на том, что необходимо использовать формальное наделение полномочиями в реальной рабочей обстановке.
