Аннотация

В настоящей работе в рамках первого этапа более масштабного исследования авторы рассмотрели стабильность имплицитных теорий лидерства и то, как они связаны с аутентичным лидерством, используя отзывы об эффективности работы лидеров. Кроме того, они разработали сценарии, чтобы показать взаимодействие имплицитных теорий и аутентичного лидерства, а также восприятие эффективности лидера.
