Аннотация

В работе исследуется взаимодействие между проактивностью работника и паттернами поведения в рамках корпоративного гражданства (OCB). Доказывается, что между этими понятиями существует связь, которая может влиять на предрасположенность к тому или иному поведению в ходе работы, и что эта связь во многом определяется автономностью работы и ее значимостью.
