Аннотация

В статье сделана попытка с концептуальной точки зрения изучить роль институциональных механизмов и влияние социальных сетевых структур и культуры на распространение глобальных трудовых ценностей в рамках многонациональных корпораций. Первоначальный вариант данной работы был представлен на конференции Западной академии управления в Кайлуа-Кона (Гавайи, США) 24–28 марта 2010 г.
