Аннотация

Цель данной статьи — изучить эффективность сложившейся практики управления неопределенностью в проектах, уделяя при этом особое внимание организационной культуре. В результате проведения интервью с профессионалами в области управления проектами авторы пришли к выводу, что благоприятная корпоративная культура является важным условием для эффективного управления неопределенностью проектов: она способствует налаживанию практики управления неопределенностью и уменьшению проблем.
