Аннотация

Цель статьи — расширить представление читателей об управлении человеческими ресурсами в проектно ориентированных компаниях. В работе дается обзор литературы по управлению человеческими ресурсами, и описаны методы, используемые в проектно ориентированных организациях. Сделан вывод о том, что таким организациям необходимо адаптировать существующие практики и внедрять дополнительные методы управления применительно к проектному окружению.
